Located outside of the formal dining area is the patio area.  As you decend the steps toward the entryway you'll find the patio area off to the right.  This area is the perfect location to enjoy solitude and a unique view of the surrounding landscape. 

Very quiet and the perfect place to enjoy a morning beverage and the newspaper, you'll find yourself gravitating to this area of the home every morning and at dusk as well.
